Question LINK remapping

I've got LINK on my car, originally mapped by Bob Rawle.

Just recently, I've noticed it not wanting to keep going, wanting to stall etc when it's stone cold, and twice in the last couple of days, it's been a b*gger to start when warm, left for 5 mins and come back to it.

Does anyone have ideas on whether the map might want a tweek?
And if it does, who else, besides Bob, could do it? Not that I don't want Bob to do it, but he gets booked up well in advance, and it's an awful long way from Scunny to Swindon:

TSL???????

Check all your hoses to the map sensor, dump valve, FPR etc. A minor air leak could be the cause.
If it was recently mapped and it is just needing a minor adjustment then I'm sure Bob will be able to check it out for you fairly quickly.
I believe he is on holiday just now but he is due back soon. Not sure who else I would trust with a Link ? You could try Pat but I believe he is also very busy.

Question

Of course, the other prob is that it's at it's worst when it's stone cold, which it won't be after a run from here to Swindon, unless I stay somewhere overnight, and leave it at Bob's house...............not really a goer.:

Like Andy says, if the map was done quite recently then I'm sure Bob will have a look at it and make some suggestions.

Do you have a serial link? Can you log the startup?

If you do this and post it on 22B there are several DIY Link tuners who would take a look at it for you.

That's a whole host easier, thanks.

Just tell me when and where. PM or e-mail prob. best, or the same with your phone number and I'll arrange the best time.

What would we do about the cold starting? (how long does an Impreza take to cool down to stone cold: )

Thanks,
Alcazar
