Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to test the cooling fan on the rad as ive had my scoob nearly a year now and never heard it kick in ?
also the temp gauge never goes more then just above half way is this the norm?

It will only kick in when the car is stationary for 4 or 5 mins after a hard drive.

 

Connect the green connectors under your dash, then turn the ignition on but do not start the car. This puts it into the test mode that is used for cleaning the boost solenoid,part of the test mode actually spins up the fans.
