Which is better for passable emissions ?

Running slightly lean, or slightly rich

I have an option of an AE800 ECU, or an AE802 (which runs richer than the AE800)

or does neither make a difference to the emissions ?

The MOT looks for CO - carbon monoxide, partly burned fuel, HC - hydrocarbons, unburnt fuel.

So best to run lean for the MOT I think. Is that with middle cat pipe going back on? Where r u taking it?

Anywhere local to us that will MOT an uncatted Scooby, Import etc.? properly...?
