Rear panel (UK - Jap)
Can anyone tell me if the UK and Jap equivalent both have the same body panels?

don't see why not, all come out of the same factory
might help if you post model, year and exactly which panel it is though

only difference in the classic rear panels is some have a hole on the o/s for the rear washer bottle top to come through
