Need exhaust and cat advice ASAP
Hi guys i have just bought a magnex system for my 2.0 sport.The bore is much bigger than i thouht and comes with only one box,its gunna be so loud 
.
Any way on inspection of the rest of the system the flange on the cat is rotton as hell and I dont think it will seal properly.Not knowing much about scooby systems does this mater or does it seal properly with this olive thing that magnex supplier.
how ever if the flange is to far gone i will have to replace the cat.how much is a new cat?

It was a long time ago that I was looking at cats, but I think the second cat was in the region of £250-£300.
You have already commented on the potential noise, so you would probably not be up for putting a decat pipe in, which will only set you back about £100.
