Just had some new disc and pads fitted to my WRX about 3 weeks ago but has alot of brake squeel when slowing down - wil this dissapear over time or shall i take it back?

Depends primarily on what pads you had fitted - Mintex C-Tech 1155 squeal and there's nowt can be done about it - If you have had std OEM pads then it's more likely they were a bit stingy on the copper-grease when fitting and I for one (If I ever let anyone near my brakes) would make 'em sort it.
