Fitting turbo timer

Fitting turbo timer
Has anyone fitted a fet TB0-307 turbo timer to a uk car. There is one plug on it with 3 pins in it plus a seperate black wire. Had a look behind fuse board but cant see a plug for it. I assume the black is to Chassis.
