Default Bonnet Catch

Anyone know how to get the bonnet of a classic open from the outside?

It seem's my cable has come loose somewhere and it won't open anymore.

After an hour with a welding rod and various screwdrivers, I've realised i would be a very poor HT lead thief

Pls PM me if you know.

Thanks, Dave

My bonnet is starting to do the same (RB5 as well) when I pull the lever in the car nothing happens. You`ve probably already tried this a hundred times but the way I get mine open is to get some one to tug on the boot opening lever in the car while someone else gives the bonnet and catch a good tug at the same point. Works for me anyway.

Hope this helps a bit,

Cheers,

Chris
