Question Popping and banging

I have a MY00 witha full decat, downpipe and backbox. Recently when I lift off (or reverse) it has started to pop and bang a bit.

I am about 3k away from an interim service, is this something to do with the air/fuel mixture or something else? My knocklink is not showing any activity.

Any help would be appreciated.

As Andy says, a little of this is normal with a full decat. If it's started to happen (or become more prevalent) recently, have you changed anything on the car? Non-recirculating dumpvalves can make it worse, for example...

Greasemonkey, I think its just a change in the weather / humidity as mine has been quiet for months on end but only started again since it warmed up. Only happens on decelerration and sometimes between the gears

Edit: I have the std dump valve still in place
