Default fitting dump valve to type r

Hi there i have just purchased a 97 typer and i am in the process of swapping over all the goodies from my 94 wrx.Trouble is dont know where d valve has to go, on the 94 i just replaced the standard re circulating one. any help appreciated

What DV is it?
On a 94, its on the left of the intercooler, on a 97, I think its on the right hand side, lower down in the engine bay. Chances are, it wont fit as you will need a different fitting kit.

If its Forge, give them a ring.

Yeah think i seen somewhere on the right below i cooler.Think it is forge it has no name on it have a baily one as well but they are both to quiet for my liking! last time i didnt need a fitting kit i just used the hoses from the old one.

The fitting is very different so it wont fit without it.
