Cat Replacement pipe for MY03

Cat Replacement pipe for MY03
Hi all,
I just took delivery of a cat replacement pipe for my MY03 WRX.
I notice there is a hole in the side of the pipe with a thread on it.
Is this where a Lamda sensor goes ?
Any general info anyone can give me about fitting this, before I climb underneath my car would be apreciated!!!
