Just a quickie for any techies out there, i am interested in getting a dawes device boost controller, what kind of boost lvl is considered a safe starting point. my car is running at 0.8 standard. What could i increase it to.

I have a jap sti 95/96 wagon.
No Knocklink fitted yet (naughty i know)
No AFR meter either.

Thanks in advance

From what ive read, its generally not reccommended to use a Dawes on an import sti without knocklink ect due to fuelling probs/det-therefore i would set it at 0.8bar untill you get your safety/paranoia instruments fitted

Deffinately worth having a remap to UK fuels though.

Yeah, definately do not think about it without a knock link, but I'm running about 1.1 bar.
