Idle high 2000 and hunting between 1500-2000

Idle high 2000 and hunting between 1500-2000
Hi all,
What could possibly cause this it is while using my power FC but on my mates identical UKmy97 its fine. On mine it stalls after seconds and won't properly idle at all. Tried swapping MAF and MAP sensor over but still no change was thinking maybe tps,coil packs any ideas ? standard ECU works fine. I have a HKS AFR adjuster and FCD aswell but I have the sensor interuptors disconnected while using the PFC but they are soldered to the ECU Power and ground......
