ECU Reset/ Check Engine Light

Unhappy ECU Reset/ Check Engine Light

Ive just put my Z4 ECU in ans took her for a spin.
All was well for 5 minuits then the Check engine light has come on.
Its not flashing but it is on constant.
Any ideas??

What MY is a Z4 ECU for? If it's a classic, connect the black connectors together under the steering column, turn ignition on, and observe how the CEL flashes. More info on this can be found here...
