Post castrol oil RS0w/40

Does anybody recommend using castrol RS 0w/40 on a MY96 sti type ra, as I'm doing a oil change myself.

What would you recommend.

No. That oil is thinner than ideal.

Try Mobil 1 Motorsport 15w/50, Motul 300V 15w/50 or Castrol RS 10w/60 instead.

Don't forget to have a read of this if you haven't already.

The shop only had 3L left, so I decided to buy all those and come home and just send somebody else out to halfords and get me another 2L.

But I'll have to cancel that order and get some Mobil 1 instead.
