ECU Reset Procedure Help
Sorry if this has been asked already still new at this game
I have a jap import WRX STI Wagon MY95/96, i am confused in where to locate these connectors green and black. Could anybody point me in the right direction please

You will find 2 pairs of connectors under the steering column. You will need to drop the plastic under column (fuse block cover) to locate them easier. If you know the procedure for ecu reset tell me first, I had it printed out but I still knackered it up.To be perfectly honest you would be better off dissconnecting the battery for a couple of hours as this is byfar the safest way. There is a capacitor in the ecu which holds a charge to store memory data, by dissconnecting the batterry for a period of time the capacitor will eventually discharge itsef allowing the ecu to reset itself and beginning a new learning process of the car while you drive it.
