Question FITTING A TURBO TIMER

i have just got a second hand blitz full auto turbo timer. dooes anybody know how to fit them.
where do the two black wires and the two small wires with connectors go?
please help.

If your insurance requires a Cat1 you will probably invalidate it by fitting a turbo timer.

For some reason they don't like you leaving your car running while you walk away!!!
