What do you buy?
None IMHO. Depends why you want one. If you are running massive boost, then you can justify it performance wise. If you want to be a boy racer, then stick to the Forge with a blue spring. Its the least likely to send your fuel consumption the wrong way, and make it jerky on / off throttle
Tried a few, liked non of them.

Virgin,
Bosst pressure is margainlly more than standard with the decat, but still well within the limits of the OE.
Silver,
Dont know of any probs with the Bailey, just preferred the Forge myself.

cheers, the baily sounded messy, and it really slows the car down, this is because every time you get to 3000rpm, theres a member of the public walking along and you dont want to sound like a **** so you back of gentle, hence slowing the car and affecting the performance (:
got a question

Silver, it just looked better made and they give you free springs to play with the adjustment, although the blue one is the only one you need. Stick an ad on wanted. They are all overpiced new, for what they are.
Virgin,
Why do you want to upgrade it? If you are planning extensive mods then a FMIC is the way to go. If you just want a bit of improvement I would have thought the STi one would be a good bet. They wont actually give you more BHP etc, but will allow things to run cooler and probably give you more room to play with on an ECU remap. Not my area of expertise, so stick a new post up.
