BLITZ BOOST CONTROLLER
I am after putting in a blitz boost controller into my99.I connected the out port to the turbo and in port to the top of the injection. The boost controller
is registering the correct boost pressure .65 bar put i cannot adjust boost. i am taking the boost pressure reading from the pillar guage [t -piece] which is coming from a vacuum pipe of the injection manifold. Is it ok to run the pipes this way? also the controller is set to ac

I have a blitz EBC III thingy, to adjust the boost I set it to manual and dialled it into about 63 that gives me 1.3 bar
if you have pictures I'll try and help

The pipes should be, actuator to outport and turbo to in port. Set the ratio at 60 and the gain on around 10. This should give you between 1.2 and 1.3 kg/cm2 boost. Adjust the numbers slightly to get it where you want.

George.

Micheal,
Have you put them opposite to what I advised, or have you mixed it up when writing the post? Mine are the opposite to what you mention and it works properly.

I have a Blitz boost controller as well, but not 100% on the piping. The car's off the road at the mo anyway, so I might mess with this now. Would it be possible for you to post some pics of the piping on here, or if you don't have any space on the net, e mail them to me?
Best Regards
Keigo

This photo shows the actuator and the pipe (look at yellow arrow) which comes out of the actuator and is to be placed on the out port of the Blitz solenoid.
This photo shows the pipe coming out of the turbo (look at yellow arrow) and must go to the in port of the Blitz solenoid.

You must remove the pipe from here that used to go to the stock solenoid, cut it and put a screw in it to block it then re fit it as shown in pic. Look at yellow arrow.
Sorry for the huge pics but I don't know how to shrink them.
Cheers,
George.
