went out for a drive in the car today, 1st time in a month and everytime i go to brake the pedal seems to bounce up and down really bad its never been this way before, i know the abs can make the pedals feel as though they are jumping but this is really bad

 

sounds like there could be marks on ur disks from where the pads were binding while parked up. may just need a clean/god run?
