A TD05 will show a good power hike for not a lot of money. After that you could look at one of Andy's TD05-06 20Gs. Alot depends on what else you are prepared to change and what your ultimate goal is.
It is very important to get the initial plan right, so that everything compliments everything else and then you stick to the plan.
