Hi all,
Noticed today a VERY disturbing NOISE, sounded like something dragging on the floor, got out of the car and checked under neath and nothing hanging off, only did it for a matter of secs, lifted the bonnet nothing, but noticed the left hand header wobbling a bit also have a slight rattel on the exhaust heat sheild, could it be a matter of the 2 rubbing together?daft question I know.My car is in the clinic on sat for new pads, not be using it much till then any ideas????????P.S the car was warmed up before use if it's any good cheers

How do you mean a wobble onb the header?

The heat shield on the header is loose? or the actual header?

I've had a few stones in the calipers, and it does sound really bad, can't quite get what you mean by wobbly header though, that should have no bearing on a scraping sound.
