Hi,
My friend has a Toyota Carina and has a problem with the heating in the car. The blower comes on but no heat is tranmitted. The temperature gauge operates as normal (move to the mid point) once the engine is fully warmed up.

Any ideas what could be at fault?

Cheers
Frank

heater matrix? if it is this get it done asap cos its cheap enough, but if it goes bang then the cost escalates almost exponentially
(it gave up in my last bmw and pished oily mixture through the cabin!!).

Ahhh,

Had a look at lunch time and there was no Antifreeze in the radiator.. god knows how it ain't overheated yet.

Topped it up and the warmth came through.

Happy daze.
