How much oil go's in my gear box it's a P1

It's around 3.5 litres yes (although it's better to fill the box to an eighth of an inch or so above the top hole of the dipstick), but the correct choice of oil is a 75w/90 multigrade, not EP80.

Mobil 1 SHC 75w/90, Castrol Syntrax, Silkolene Syn5 and Redline Shockproof Lightweight all work well IME.

i have got silkolene syn5 but TSL only gave me 3litres sed thay take 2.75 litres so orderd one more from 710 supplies
