HKS Gauge fitting Help

Can anyone tell me the location of the oil pressure switch so as I can fit a HKS Oil pressure gauge.

when i fitted my hks oil pressure guage it was under the alternator. comes out of the block by a inch and a half.

no prob, i found it eaiser to remove the altanator to get to it as well if that helps

when you fit an oil press gaugedoes it bypass warning light on dash? so it never comes on?
and what press should it read at tickover?
does gauge normally have a warning light as well?

all the oem conections are still used mine was taken from a T piece, so oil light on dash should not be effected imo.

Fitted my today no problems and mine like pete's had a T piece so you still have sensor fitted. My cars runs at around 60 on the gauge upto 80 at 5000rpm.

i need a new t- piece as well the thread has gone on mine im gonna try contact hks see if i can get one direct from them!!

My Hks Oil pressure pipe broke underpressure today pissed oil everywere they seem to be really fragile so take care. Going to contact them Monday for replacement and I'll let you know how I get on. [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
