I have changed the oxygen sensor,3 coil packs, and spark plugs on my 93 WRX today
I have done a a fault code check and it still saying there is a fault with the oxygen sensor
Do i have to do a ecu re-set to clear the fault????????

Indeed you do, as it is now a stored fault rather than a current fault. That's assuming you are only getting that CEL code when you do an ECU diagnostic (ie. no CEL in normal running)...
