Just a quickie

Do all imprezas have airflow meters and therefore require dumpvalves with a twin piston arrangement?

Cheers Tim

All standard Impreza's have MAF sensors..

Don't think that dictates that you have to have a two piston valve though and believe the early cars at least has a single piston one.

Cheers mate, its just im looking at getting a Bailey one off ebay (and he says its from his now sold Impreza). The sellers not sure if its a twin piston one. But its to fit a Fiat Coupe for my sins so needs to be the twin piston version.

Do the single piston ones not cause Impreza's problems with ideling etc ?

Cheers Tim

Sometimes yes..

I have a Forge on mine and had to replace the spring with a stronger one to solve the leaking on idle..
