not sure where to go next for more power. got a sti 4 intercooler, scoobyecu, induction kit, full exhaust system, on my 93 wrx. whats the next mod to get more power without having to spend 1000's

got a dawes deivce on route and I believe that the previous owner had a uprated fuel pump added to the car. as he had the car running at 290bhp with a unichip. whats the advantages of a fuel reg?
