got a tdo5 sitting in my garage i know if i fit it and get the car remapped it should be around the 320ish bhp figure with the 440 injectors i have, but if i was to uprate the injectors at the same time as fitting the turbo would there be many gains in this at the time of the remap

If you read this THREAD it will give you some idea theoretically given a higher fuel pressure you could obtain 360hp ish from the 440's. You would of course require an uprated fuel pump and Fuel Pressure Regulator.

before changing injectors you must change the fuel pump.
max power you can reach with TD05 16G is about 370hp

320/330 is max for your intercooler so injectors would be a waste of money
