oil operating temp

what is the normal operating temp for a scoob once its warmed up I got my oil temp gauge plumbed in last night and just wanted to know if its reading alright.

My oil temp is around the 190F/88C usually, higher when pushing on and high speed cruising, has been up to 210F/100C.

Temp. reading will vary according to the location of the sender unit. Is it sump or block mounted? Sump readings tend to be lower than block. Typical sump reading would be 80/85c fully warmed, cruising.
