MAF sorted - thank you Frank Vreede!

Have had some erratic idling and hesitation on light-throttle in the past few days. Scoobynet searches on the subject suggested MAF problems and highlighted the possible expense of failure.
Phoned up my Subaru specialist yesterday with my suspicions and he confirmed a probable MAF failure. Expected to have to wait a week or so to get it fixed though. "Come in tomorrow morning he said". Drove slowly across to him in the East of Holland early this morning (about 60 miles away). Got there at 0815 and diagnosis was done and new part fitted by 0900. Got back to work at 1000. Car running smoothly and back to full power.
Brilliant service or what?
Happy New Year
