Hi folks

I am going to remove the rear light clusters tomorrow and can I just check something?

Five nuts to remove and then is it just the silicone sealant holding in the unit? I don't want to break anything so are there any tips? Cut seal with a knife or just tap then out?

I don't want B & Q bathroom sealant either any ideas on type? Preferable that black semi setting stuff the pros use?

Thanks

Mark

Yep, five nuts in total and then just the sealant after that.

Recommend heating up the gorilla snot with a hairdryer or something to allow an easier extraction of the lights. Just gently pushed mine out from the back.

I re-sealed my lights again using additional sealant. Chances are if you rely just on the snot again, the seal won't be as good and you'll get a water leak.

Nice new TSL lights installed, as soon as it gets light I'll know if I like 'em.
