I've been noticing that my a/f reading drops down to .76 when I get on it. I'm no expert, but this seems like it is running pig rich and probably stealing a good deal of power as well as killing gas mileage. Please let me know what you see on yours. Optimal would be staying close to 1, correct? A little lean making more power and a little rich being safer? Thank you.

if so thats more lean then rich

It's actually richer than Lambda 0.76! The ECU doesn't report richer than that. Lambda 1 is fine at part throttle and low loads but will be deadly (knock and high EGT) at higher loads!
