Cleaning actuator

I have been looking at some old posts with reference to this but would like further answers. My 94 wrx import has a Kpa boost gauge which at full boost shows 60 Kpa which converts to 0.6 bar. Is this a little low? If so is cleaning the actuator worth doing?
