Just had some delivered do they need the gap adjusing before fitting ?

if so to what ?

well the last set of PFR7's were already gapped to 0.7mm - check them with some feeler gauges and re-gap if needed

They're supposed to be 0.7mm but are usually a bit out, 3 of mine needed a slight tap to gap them properly.
