i have a uk300 and am getting conflicting advice as to when to change the timing belt. should i do it at 45k or leave it until 60k. also how often do people see the need to change the plugs and what ones should i use. car is ppp'd.

cheers

timing belt is 60k or 4 yrs, being rubber drive belt, best to do whichever is sooner.
Plugs are good for 30k intervals, too expensive to replace on a whim, even with PPP.
