crank pulley tightning torque?

Hi can anyone tell me what the torque settings are for the front 1)crankshaft pulley
2)camshaft pulleys
i am wanting to change my waping seals and dont want them to fall off...
the car is a 1998 subaru impreza sport 2.0 (non-turbo)

The Camshaft Torque is 98Nm or (10kgf-m, 72.4 ft-lb)

The Crankshaft Torque is 177Nm or (18.0 kgf-m, 130.2 ft-lb)
