Yes - all sorted out...
It turned out that the lambda sensor wire had a little too much resistance when it got hot. So when I tested it, it was all fine, but when the car was hot, it was reading lean, and causing the car to over fuel.
A new gold plated connector and some 4% silver solder helped sort this out, and the car passed easily - better result than last year
