my forester s/tb import makes a knocking sort of noise when i go over bumps in the road,it seems to be coming from the rear of the car,ANY IDEA,S

plus,when i turn the engine off after a run it makes a crackling noise. its not a shed,and its just been serviced,ANY IDEA,S

the knocking sounds like a suspension bush which needs replacing
