Got twin air horns on my '98 UK car............not difficult to fit, but certainly not easy to find a space for.and I bet triples would be even worse!
Mine are all slung onto a home made bracket, made from aluminium 25 mm angle, about 6" long, and held on by the battery clamp.

Dead easy.....as I say, finding a space for 'em is the hardest.
You'll get a relay with the kit.
Remove the feed wire from the existing horn, and fit it to relay terminal 85, then run a wire from relay terminal 86 to a suitable earth.
If the relay is fused, run a thicker cable from battery +ve to relay terminal 30, and do this via an inline fuse if the relay doesn't have a fuse on it.
Take a further length of thicker cable from relay terminal 87 to the air horn compressor, and another length from the other airhorn compressor terminal, to a suitable earth.
After that it's just a case of connecting the pipes from compressor to the 3-way piece, and from that to each horn, bolt it all in place, and away you go.

The wire that you say goes to the battery positive - can it go to a 'switched' live instead or doesn't it really matter - my only concern is whether it will drain the battery by going direct to the battery (so presumably it is on all the time?) rather than via a switch - or does the compressor only use power when the horn is pressed?
If a switched live is better any idea where the closest one might be to connect into? There seems to be some kind of unused wiring terminal near the nearside lights?
Thanks for your help

got twins on my sti8 ... better than the pants original horn.
Dont fit them in front of the radiator..if you should happen to have a light shunt you could put them thru your rad!!

Shaggydog: that's what the relay is for mate.
When you press the horn , it powers up the relay, which switches on the compressor.
You have to have the relay, as the compressor uses far more current than the piddling little horn switch can handle, so it would burn out without the relay.

aha, i understand now, so it will only use power when required and not drain the battery.
thanks for clarifying it
good point j-k, i intended to keep the thing on the engine side of the rad anway.

sorry guys another question, the oem horn has a green and a black wire, which one do i disconnect and connect to the relay terminal 85, black or green?
also the 2nd oem horn behind teh grill can i just simply disconnect the wires from that to isolate it?
cheers

Yes, you can just disconnect it, and tape up the wire.
As regards the green/black wires:
Connect a wire from relay terminal 86 to battery -ve.
get someone to sound the horn, and keep it pressed, with the OE horns disconnected:
Touch the green wire to relay terminal 85: if it clicks, this is the one to use.
If it doesn't click, try black wire, if THAT one makes it click, that's the one.
You CAN'T do any harm using this method.:
