Question

The tank on my 95 WRX is leaking fluid from underneath.I have checked the pipes etc to the tank but the fluid is coming from under the tank itself.I have been told there is a seal under the tank that perishes and needs replaced.Has anyone had this problem and if so is it easy to replace the seal.what about priming the pump after replacement?etc etc.Any advice greatly received. Thanks in advance, Michael
