Any ideas?

I only get assistance above 2k revs, nothing below that.

Had a pump fail - broke up big time, lots of debris in fluid. Had new rack, new pump. It's been flushed now about 10 times, but there's still tiny bits of debris in fluid.

Any help would be appreciated.
