Where can I found an air meter for my sti v5 -99. Is it the same as the uk turbos??

Exactly the same part. Part No 22794AA010 Meter CP-Airflow about £75 from your dealer.

97's may not be the same, but all the '99 and '00 cars definitely share the same AFM design, be they UK, WRX, STi or whatever.
