I have been having trouble with my Lambda Link and have not been able to get it to work properly since it was fitted back in March!!

I asked my mechanics to check the sensor and the voltage of power going to it, to my suprise the sensor is situated on the off side exhaust manifold and not in the down pipe as where I thought it was!

The 3 connections I presume are 1 earth, 1 12 volt live for pre warming and one live that should read between 0.5 to 1 volt....is this correct?

My down pipe(scooby sport) has a mounting for a sensor but this is blocked off.

Any help as I'm getting bored of this know!

Dom.

Thanks for the responses!!

My car is a MY95 WRX STI RA, so I don't know why it should have the Sensor in the exhaust manifold!!

Rich, can I wire it direct from the ECU as I have a LInk ECU fitted? I am having the original senor changed today so I'll see if that makes any differance before I try wiring direct to the ECU!

Cheers
Dom.

you should still be able to take it direct from the ECU, just not sure which wire it will be on the link, best bet is to mail Bob Rawle - BR Developments

have a look at this this, take the lambda sensor from the ECU, no tot the actual sensor, a lot easier.

lamda sensor on 93 wrx is in exhaust manifold, egt sensor is in downpipe, oftern removed and blanked off with decat with no ill effect.

Rich
