If I am correct, the one you are thinking of is the turbo bleed restrictor. You will find this "inside" a small rubber hose, which connects between the turbo "actuator" and the turbo pressure outlet pipe. It should be on the r/h side of the "tee piece", which you will have to remove, ease off the r/h rubber pipe and gently push out the small brass restrictor with a small jewellers screwdriver or similar thin item. I would keep this restrictor "safe" as you may need it for leter conversion, as it can be drilled out to slightly larger sizes for different outputs.
