'99 - STi5 Sonic Blue Bumper Respray ?

Any advice on places to have a front bumper resprayed in Surrey area. Preferably near juntiom 14-11 on M25. 
Bumper is Sonic Blue in colour, so after a good firm who can colour match well. (Any one else had a Sonic Blue respray at all ?)
