Over the last couple of days the remote locking of my MY00 has started to play up. On attempting to unlock the car with the remote control the doors unlock and within 2 seconds relock. The car is fitted with a Laserline immoblizer but the problem still occurs when using the remote locking key fob that the car came with ( A European parallel import ). I have to unlock each door with the key or the internal latches.

Does anyone have a solution?

 

Sounds very much like you have a door motor faulty. If it's still under any warantee get it back if not then E-Mail me and i will try and sort you out a price.

 

Thanks very much. The car is still under warrantee so I will take it to the Subaru dealer rather than the company that fitted the alarm.
