Rattle from rear window ...

Hi,
My MY99 5 door has developed a rattle in the rear passenger side window.
I can actually stop the noise by bumping the power window switch open the slightest amount. It is only when the window is fully up that the noise occurs.
Anyone else had similar problems ?
Should this be fixable under warranty ?
