Operations Manual for Ultra model 4050 speed delimiter?

Dear everyone, I hope that you can help me¡K.
I drive a 1997 Impreza WRX and have installed a speed delimiter, brand named Ultra. Its model number is 4050. During my recent oil change, the mechanic played with the delimiter but in absence of a manual he could not reset it back to before. The result is that the delimiter is not showing the correct speed (e.g. car¡¦s speedo reads 40kph but the Ultra reads 47kph). Would you have, or know where I can find, a copy of this particular speed deliminter¡¦s operations manual? I¡¦d be grateful if I can find one! Thanks in advance.
