Raise fuel cut on MY02??

Can you raise the fuel cut with say a dawes (mech device) without having the chip re-map (I've already had TEK3) but since sorting the IC waterspray and adding cooling around it...I can run more boost. Don't want to go over the fuel cut by much...about .05/.1 bar in top...
